What brands and scales do you carry ?

We offer a wide variety of major die-cast brands, including Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Jada, Kaido House, and more. Most of our inventory is in the popular 1:64 scale, but we also stock select models in other sizes.

Are all items new or do you sell pre-owned die-casts ?

Our inventory includes both brand-new, unopened die-cast models as well as vintage and pre-owned pieces. Product listings specify the condition and note any wear such as bent cards, soft corners, or shelf wear. Items in pre-owned condition are sold as-is.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we offer domestic and international shipping options. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

How are items packed and shipped ?

All die-cast items are carefully packed to minimize damage during shipping. If any package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

What is your return policy ?

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund, except for special orders, limited editions, or opened collectibles. Pre-owned and “as-is” items are not eligible for return.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged ?

If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Keep all original packaging, as our team may require photos for claim processing. Defective items may be exchanged or refunded per our standard policy.

Can I sell or trade my die-cast cars with you ?

We buy rare, vintage, and popular die-cast cars and collections. Contact us via email or our social channels with photos and details; offers will be made based on current market value.

Do you host events or private parties ?

Yes, we are active in our community! Check our website calendar for upcoming events such as toy shows and swap meets, or contact us about private parties at our retail location.

How do I clean or store my die-cast models ?

We recommend displaying models in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight. Cleaning with a soft, dry cloth preserves paint and detail.

Can I order both in-stock and pre-order items together ?

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your package will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Do items lose value if I open them ?

Mint-in-box items hold the highest resale value among collectors. However, opened models that are kept in excellent condition can still retain significant value, especially for rare pieces.

Are custom requests or modifications available ?

We do not offer customization services. Most die-casts are sold in factory condition, but collectors are welcome to customize their own models, keeping in mind that modifications may reduce resale value.
