Order Processing

 

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Atlanta, GA. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of a purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

 

We use major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view and select your preferred shipping method and see the final cost during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high-volume periods, such as holidays.

 

Order Tracking

 

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier's website.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

International Shipping

 

Currently, Wheel Chase ships only to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
